I’m a game writer, narrative designer and voice director. I work with major game studios, charities, publishers and indies to design digital experiences, adapt existing licenses into digital narratives and create original story worlds.



Rob is currently “digital dramaturge” on an Augmented Reality site-specific audio theatre piece for a major London tech Festival.

He has written scripts for a number of exciting upcoming original VR titles, including shooters, thrillers and action/comedies. He just finished writing the script for the upcoming The Assembly for PSVR, Oculus Rift & HTC Vive.

Rob is a regular writer on Failbetter Games’ critically-acclaimed Fallen London, and has contributed upcoming content for the multi-award-winning Sunless Sea.

Rob was Content Editor on the critically-acclaimed 80 Days for iOS, Android and Steam. Among other accolades, the game won TIME magazine’s Game of the Year for 2014.

Rob was Lead Game Writer and Voice Director on the platinum-selling Augmented Reality PlayStation 3 game Wonderbook: Book of Spells and its sequel Book of Potions, both created in collaboration with J.K. Rowling. Rob adapted Rowling’s text to the game and wrote original content for the Wizarding World.
